A new day has...come
I was waiting for so long
For a miracle to come
Everyone told me to be strong
Hold on and don't shed a tear
Through the darkness and good times
I knew I'd make it through
And the world thought
I had it all
But I was waiting for you
Hush, love I see a light in the sky
Oh, it's almost blinding me
I can't believe
I've been touched by an angel with love
Let the rain come down and wash away my tears
Let it fill my soul and drown my fears
Let it shatter the walls for a new, new sun
A new day has...come
Where it was dark now there's light
Where there was pain now there's joy
Where there was weakness,
I found my strength
All in the eyes of a boy
Hush, love I see a light in the sky
Oh, it's almost blinding me
I can't believe
I've been touched by an angel with love
Let the rain come down and wash away my tears
Let it fill my soul and drown my fears
Let it shatter the walls for a new, new sun
A new day has...come

Result
Well, its tat time of d year again when I get my exam results n once again I’m very pleased wit d outcome… I achieved a first average dis semester making my position a very strong one for doing well in the nex sem. KP module which was without a doubt d hardest exam I’ve ever taken…huhu…A bulat nw in my hand…but…Surprisingly my lowest mark (B+) came in my Dato’ module which I felt was one of d easiest exams n one of d ones I was most likely to excel in…huhuhu.. der may have been some complacency involved resulting in my lower than expected performance… My ‘cake’ result (A-) did confirm to me tat it is possible to do very well in dis module wit a minimum of work..dis was without a doubt my least revised-for module… Not quite sure why dis is, but I’m not complaining at d grade. On a more serious note these results mean tat I’m going into d nex sem on oklalala standing and tat I can also afford to oklalala relax…but today’s surely a very good day….

Fasting Puts our Passions & our Vain Desires in Check
Dis's why d Prophet gave d following advice:
“O assembly of young people, whosoever among u has d wherewithal to marry should do so, as it will help him to lower his gaze n safeguard his chastity....n whoever is unable to do so should fast, because it diminishes sexual desire.”
[Sahîh al-Bukhârî (5066) & Sahîh Muslim (1400)]
The Prophet (peace be upon him) points out tat fasting withholds a person frm responding to his passions. Some scholars have discussed dis hadîth in conjunction wit another, where d Prophet (peace be upon him) says:
“Indeed, Satan circulates through d descendant of Adam as blood circulates through d body.”
[Sahîh al-Bukhârî (2039) & Sahîh Muslim (2174)]
Even though d phrase
“…so restrict his circulatory paths by fasting”
tat's sometimes quoted along wit dis hadîth is baseless, d fact remains tat fasting does put our passions in check, n it's quite possible tat one way in which it does so is by restricting Satan’s ability to circulate within our persons, as stated by some scholars.
Wat's more likely is tat fasting keeps our compulsions in check by keeping us involved in a specific act of worship... dis continuous connection wit an act of worship helps us to refrain frm unlawful acts, including those acts, like the forbidden gaze, tat incite our desires....
I really dunno where to start, or how to start, except to say Tq 4 all concern+care+support+words of encouragement.
What's important 4 me now is to constantly remind myself tat I'm surrounded by good friends n an extended family tat cares very much 4 me... n to put3 who was worried for me n tried to get in touch, let me say this now – u r my best buddy who’s actually care. Tq so much!!!
I'm much better now...Huhuhu...I/Allah wit Syed.. Thanks to a few people who were der 4 me (u noe who u r). Sue, Norm, Far, eyene, my bos n her hubby dr.ayman who gave me a good bitch-slap (in a good way)...juz held my hand in silence, n told me not to worry!!!
BLACK SATURDAY...
Stress!!!! Huhu...hw can i release dis unwanted stress...i pck dis tips..hope can help me to de-stress n simply keep myself in a calm frame of mind....n move through challenging circumstances....i try to do dis to keep my stress under control...huuuhhuhu...
1. Ask for help
2. Avoid over-scheduling
3. Avoid perfectionism
4. Be Resilient
Welcome change as a challenge and allow it to be part of your normal life
View obstacles or setbacks as a being temporary and believe that all will be solved for the highest good for all concerned
As each problem or roadblock arises, take the time to be pro-active in solving the dilemma in a peaceful manner
Surround yourself with strong, loving, positive-thinking, supportive friends and family
Ask your supportive friends and family for help when needed, but avoid becoming co-dependent
Enjoy yourself, have fun, relax, remain humble and always show gratitude
5. Break down your problems
6. Exercise
7. Honour your body
8. Maintain proper sleep
9. Monitor your thinking
10. Nutrition
11. Relax
An important key for releasing unwanted stress and increasing your over-all success, is to regard each challenge as a golden opportunity for spiritual growth and a means to learn valuable lessons. Then regard stressors as just temporary problems or hiccups. You cannot eliminate stress altogether, otherwise you would have no motivation to do anything worthwhile or constructive; therefore you would experience no personal growth. But moderate amounts of good stress will induce you to make sensible, achievable goals, monitor your growth progress, allow yourself time for relaxation and enjoyment, remain optimistic, believe in your capabilities, plus make positive choices to live your life to its fullest potential.
One final word of advice.... refuse to allow stress to control or dominate you; instead, make the effort to learn how to control and tame it.
*** got it frm Total Relaxation: Release Stress & Tension By Kelly Howell
1. Ask for help
Be aware that you cannot, nor are you expected to, know and do everything. Accept the fact that each person has limits and sometimes we need to help each other.
2. Avoid over-scheduling
Only be involved or do activities that are of interest and most important to you.
3. Avoid perfectionism
Be realistic, accept and realize that nobody is perfect, so don't expect you or others to be perfect.
4. Be Resilient
Try to go with the flow and resist trying to over-control a situation, person or circumstances. When you remain calm and cool under pressure you are better able to handle problems as they arise, because you maintain clearer focus. But building your resilience takes practice and patience by developing a positive attitude and behaviour in these different areas, so remember to....

5. Break down your problems
Instead of becoming overwhelmed by trying to solve a huge problem all at once, learn to break it into smaller segments or categories, so that you feel a sense of control. Then calmly look at each category one by one, evaluate your options, list pros and cons, look at the bigger picture to assess how it affects your future before arriving at a conclusion. By learning this strategy you will build inner confidence and this in turn will reduce unnecessary stress. Avoid ignoring the problem altogether, because ignorance is not bliss and the problem won't magically disappear. Instead, it will remain unsolved, which will only add to your plate of stress and increase your lack of control.
6. Exercise
Maintain a daily exercise routine to strengthen your muscles and cardio-vascular system. Exercise also stimulates your lymphatic system to releases waste/toxins from your body, increases blood flow to your brain and circulates energy throughout your entire system.
7. Honour your body
Avoid abusing your body through excess use of drugs, alcohol, over-eating, smoking or over-indulgence of junk foods.
8. Maintain proper sleep
This keeps you better equipped, mentally and physically, by providing increased clarity and focus when dealing with stressors. If necessary, rejuvenate by taking short ten or fifteen minute power naps during the day.
9. Monitor your thinking
All thoughts are energy, all action follows a thought; therefore, you control your reality in which your outlook, attitude and re-actions influence your life. Energy attracts the same frequency vibration, so what you think, you will get or attract; therefore, be very careful what you think or wish for.
10. Nutrition
Eat a balanced variety of nutritious foods, drink eight, eight-ounce glasses of water, reduce fats and sugar and supplement with additional vitamins and minerals.
11. Relax
This creates calmness and a sense of well-being. So the next time you feel yourself tense up, breathe slowly, deeply and evenly until you feel calmer. Your body's chemical imbalances can be reversed or greatly improved simply by relaxing. You can learn to relax through doing such activities such as: walking, simple 1-2-3-4 breathing exercises, meditation, visualizations, music, reading, painting, enjoyable hobbies, a relaxing bath, massage, Reiki, reflexology; the list goes on. It is important to find what works for you.

Wife or Girlfriend
This is good.... But true !
Wife is like a TV. Girlfriend is like handphone.
At home watch TV. Go out bring h/p.
No money sell TV. Got money change h/p.
Sometimes enjoy TV but most of the time play with h/p.
TV free for life but....
h/p,if you don't pay,
"Nombor yang anda dail tiada dalam perkhidmatan" ....!
the number u dial is not in service.
My comment:
TV more reliable, h/p more fashionable...
Wat's yours...........

Fleeting Pleasure, Enduring Pain
Let's talk bout pleasure & pain. Pleasure first, bcoz it makes u feel good. But life's pleasures seem so fleeting & evanescent, like glistening dewdrops tat evaporate wit d first hint of d warm rays of d sun.
A pleasant state of being , we instinctively feel, is intrinsically unstable. Pleasure vanishes like a transient bubble, while pain endures. Wat's pleasant is short-lived bcoz d human mind quickly gets used to it, n subconsciously craves to heighten & intensify tat feeling of pleasure, as it lingers in d memory & haunts d mind.
